J.DOROW DESIGN uses a combination of 3D views and photorealistic renderings, along with a detailed and comprehensive set of construction drawings to ensure your vision is well represented, pricing is more accurate, quality construction methods and materials are used, and no detail is overlooked.
All are welcome. J.DOROW DESIGN works directly with clients (no builder representation), builders (custom, production, speculative), or in collaboration with clients and their builders.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
- Highly detailed plans to assist with accurate cost-to-build pricing.
- Standard and custom construction details to ensure every detail is carefully planned and executed.
- 3D Views to assist in showing how certain components work together.
- Photorealistic renderings to help with selecting materials and finishes, and ensure plan cohesiveness.
- Plans can be customized to fit a specific builders standards.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Construction management services are optional and only available to clients not already working with a builder.
- Assistance with single or multiple project tasks from constructability analysis and budgeting to trade selection and scheduling. Great for owners wanting to act as GC but require some additional help.
- Partial construction management (i.e. beginning up to finish work).
- Total construction management. Everything from start to finish.
